bus stop in-house cafe gym access full-service restaurant
the bus stop was right outside. the in-house cafe had a lovely atmosphere (i especially liked the coffee!).
the gym access required pre-booked times. there wasn't a full-service restaurant available.

friendly smile convenient store pastry shops short walk
i stayed five nights. staff had a friendly smile always, a good convenience store across the street stayed open late, other pubs and pastry shops were nearby. the tube was only a 10 minute walk, easy. i liked it.
the layout of my room cause loud noises from drain pipes and air con vent. sleep was difficult. i could not move to different rooms.

the city studio included a small kitchenette with a stovetop and microwave. it had a modern design with neutral tones. the bed was comfortable with quality linens. a small work desk and chair provided a functional workspace.

the hotel has a fitness center open 24/7. it features cardio machines and weights. a common workspace had plenty of tables and chairs. high-speed wifi was available throughout the building without a fee.

tower bridge was within easy walking distance. bermondsey street offered restaurants and shops. public transportation links were nearby. accessing central destinations was easy and convenient using the tube.

the front desk staff were helpful with directions. they also assisted with luggage storage. housekeeping provided daily service and kept everything tidy. staff was polite and efficient in their interactions.

satisfactory stay overall
full kitchen room washer kind staff pokey room tiny table pole location
the room had a full kitchen, a feature i appreciated. there was also a washer and dryer in the room. this was convenient for my length of stay. the staff were kind, so i enjoyed the experience.
the room configuration felt pokey. as a solo traveller i had to put everything on the floor. bedside tables were tiny shelves. it was difficult to use the power points because they were behind a pole.

good water spacious shower
the location is great it is a short walk to tower bridge and many restaurants are nearby the kitchen included a stove oven and microwave all appliances was new and clean. the shower was spacious the water pressure was good i appreciated the ample supply of hot water
the room had limited natural light even during the day
